**Job Description:** As a part of this role, you will be responsible for executing complex tasks according to established standard operating procedures within defined SLAs. You will need to optimally manage assigned tasks based on complexity within deadlines by prioritizing and scheduling work effectively. Monitoring and processing batches of transaction records with complete accuracy will be crucial, along with identifying errors and initiating necessary corrective actions. Your ability to independently manage individual cases, ensuring minimal rework, and consistently meeting established quality and timeline standards will be essential. Handling all incoming operational volume for the client, which includes account updates, account conversions, and items not in good order, will also fall under your responsibilities.
