About the Role The Care Operations Associate is a key front-line role ensuring smooth day-to-day support for our partners, providers, and client families. You'll manage inbound tickets and communications across multiple channels, working within defined SLAs to resolve issues quickly and effectively. This includes troubleshooting platform questions, addressing care operations inquiries, and managing inbound phone/text communications via Dialpad. What You'll Do This role's responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Managing inbound tickets from partners, providers, and clients within established SLAs. Handling inbound communications (calls and texts) through Dialpad, ensuring timely responses and proper documentation. Escalating complex issues to the appropriate internal teams while maintaining accountability for resolution. What We're Looking For Must-Haves 2–5 years of experience in customer support, account management, or operations. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. A fast learner: ability to think independently and adjust to changing tasks. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to speak off script and consistently maintain a positive and friendly attitude. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills, ability to meet strict deadlines. Tech-savvy, comfortable learning and using platforms such as Rippling, Appsmith, and other internal tools. Skilled in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace. Ability to work Monday through Friday 9AM to 5PM EST.

About The Role This is a remote role but we are looking for candidates that are based within India or the Philippines. We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Staff Accountant to join our growing finance team. This role will primarily focus on maintaining accurate financial records, preparing and posting journal entries, and supporting month-end and year-end close processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with NetSuite and a strong foundation in accounting principles. Key Responsibilities Prepare and post journal entries for daily, monthly, and year-end accounting activities Reconcile general ledger accounts and ensure accuracy of financial data Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, including accruals and adjustments Perform account reconciliations (e.g., bank, prepaid, accruals, intercompany) Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions as needed Assist in preparing financial statements and internal management reports Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and GAAP standards Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial support and insights Assist with audits, both internal and external, by providing requested documentation Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 5+ years of relevant accounting experience (corporate or public accounting) Proficiency with NetSuite required Strong understanding of GAAP and core accounting principles, familiarity with tax preparation Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial tools Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Effective communication and teamwork skills Preferred Qualifications CPA or CPA eligibility a plus Experience in healthcare, technology, or professional services industry a plus Prior experience in a high-growth or startup environment What We Offer Competitive salary Opportunity to work with a collaborative and supportive finance team Professional development and career growth opportunities
