Job Description:
1. Checking and tracking daily shipments
2. Following up with carrier for delays, lost packages, filing claims/ disputes. With peak season approaching, this will be a regular issue.
3. Cross checking Fedex/ UPS/ Ontrac invoices with WMS transactions / descartes (access not given but she checking with person who created the shipment). Once errors found, corrections made in WMS for proper billing.
4.Duties and Taxes invoices for export (small packages) , being consolidated and sent for billing.
5.Handling small fedex/ UPS shipments created outside WMS, scheduling pick up
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 20 per week
