Key Responsibilities: Q-Commerce Mother Hub Coordination: Plan and execute JIT appointment generation through vendor portals of Qcommerce platforms factoring in 3PL TATs. Facilitate smooth communication between 3PLs and mother hubs to ensure quick turnaround times at receiving docks. 3PL Coordination & Tracking: Coordinate with 3PL partners for continuous tracking of vehicles and goods delivery for both middle-mile and last-mile operations. Monitor and manage the performance of multiple 3PLs, ensuring adherence to KPIs such as on-time delivery, cost efficiency, and service quality. Proactively identify and resolve any transit-related issues or delays with 3PL providers. Operational Excellence: Develop and implement efficient transportation plans, optimizing routing and load planning to minimize costs and transit times.
