Handle customer queries and complaints efficiently, providing timely resolutions to maintain customer satisfaction. Analyze root causes of damages, coordinate necessary repairs, and ensure minimal impact on operational flow. Prepare and submit monthly reports on time, ensuring execution of action points identified during internal reviews. Identify areas for continuous improvement, actively participate in discussions and analysis sessions, and contribute to process enhancements. This role requires strong coordination, customer-handling skills, and the ability to work proactively in a fast-paced logistics environment. Requirements: The candidate must have strong oral and written communication skills in English, with fluency in the regional language (based on work location). Basic proficiency in Hindi is preferred. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required. Data analysis skills will be an added advantage. Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain good customer relationships.
