Quality Assurance: Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. Conduct regular project reviews and assessments to ensure continuous improvement. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution. Foster a collaborative and productive team environment. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Project Manager, specifically with WMS implementations. Understanding of supply chain processes and warehouse management systems is preferred. PMP or similar project management certification is preferred. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
