The position available includes internship opportunities for freshers as well as architects with 1 year of experience. The location for the position is in Mulund, Mumbai. As an intern or fresher, your role will involve understanding the project guidelines, preparing research materials and presentations, and actively participating in brainstorming, ideation, conceptualization, and design development. You will be responsible for transforming design directions into schematic 3D visuals and other creative presentations. Additionally, conducting market research to identify the best materials, hardware, technology, and finishes for the project will be part of your responsibilities. You will also be involved in converting finalized design directions into standard working drawings files, preparing supportive documents and Bill of Quantities (BOQs), coordinating with vendors and contractors, monitoring project timelines, and aligning tasks for timely project completion. Furthermore, you will be expected to adapt to a multi-disciplinary design culture and show interest in projects of other design disciplines within the studio. The required skills for this position include proficiency in AutoCad, Photoshop, 3D modeling software such as Sketchup, D5 Render, Enscape, Blender, 3D Max, VRay, Adobe InDesign, and MS Office.
