Role & responsibilities 1. Supervise all on-site activities, ensuring work is carried out safely and efficiently. 2. Monitor project schedules and progress, ensuring deadlines are met. 3. Manage inventory of materials and equipment at the site. 4. Resolve any site-related issues or conflicts promptly. Preferred candidate profile Reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and plans. Proficiency in construction management software (AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, etc.). Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations. Strong understanding of workplace safety and quality standards.

Role & responsibilities 1. Meet with clients to understand their preferences and functional requirements. 2. Create detailed drawings, layouts, and 3D renderings using software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Enscape, V- Ray and Lumion 3. Coordinate with vendors throughout the project lifecycle. 4. Key Responsibilities: Create high-quality, photo-realistic 3D renderings and animations for interior and exterior projects. Collaborate with Senior& junior interior designers, and project teams to understand design intent and translate concepts into compelling visuals. Work on all phases of the visualization process, from modeling to texturing, lighting, rendering, and post-production. Maintain a library of 3D assets, materials, and references. Meet tight deadlines while maintaining consistent quality and attention to detail. Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and techniques in visualization. Requirements: Diploma or bachelor's degree in 3D Visualization, Architecture, Interior Design, 23 years of experience as a 3D Visualiser in an architecture or interior design firm. Proficient in 3D software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, or Blender. Expert-level skills in rendering engines such as V-Ray, Corona, or Lumion. Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop for post-production. Good understanding of lighting, texturing, and camera composition. Ability to interpret architectural and interior design drawings. Strong communication and time-management skills.
