Sales Executive – Box Building & Contract Manufacturing We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive with a strong background in electromechanical box build, enclosure assembly, and contract manufacturing services. The ideal candidate will drive customer acquisition, convert RFQs into long-term contracts, and work closely with engineering and operations to deliver turnkey solutions. Key Responsibility: Generate leads and manage the sales pipeline for box build and assembly services Understand customer requirements and convert technical needs into commercial proposals Respond to RFQs, RFPs, and prepare techno-commercial quotes Collaborate with design, sourcing, and production teams to ensure feasibility and timelines Maintain client relationships through project delivery and post-sales support Represent the company at industry expos, vendor meets, and manufacturing forums Identify strategic accounts and establish long-term partnerships. Skills Required: 3–7 years in B2B technical sales, preferably in electronics manufacturing, EMS, or mechanical enclosures Familiarity with contract manufacturing, electrical/mechanical integration, BOM analysis, and box build workflows Strong understanding of production timelines, cost estimation, and vendor ecosystem Excellent communication, documentation, and negotiation skills Bachelor's degree in engineering, electronics, or industrial disciplines preferred Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person
