Founded by alumni of IIT Roorkee and IIM Bangalore, we are a dynamic and youthful company with a vision to offer office solutions for over 300 individuals across four well-equipped facilities in HSR Layout, conveniently situated near the BDA complex. As part of our expansion strategy, we plan to establish four additional centers in Bangalore within the next year. Location: #5, 14th Main, 15th Cross, Sector 4, HSR Layout, Bangalore. 560 102. Landmark: HSR Layout BDA complex. Designation: Site Engineer Intern/Architect Intern Reports to: Site Engineer Experience: Freshers with 0 - 1 years, preferably in commercial real estate. Site supervision experience is desirable. Education: Graduation. Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential. Compensation: Unpaid Perks: Complimentary meals at the company cafeteria, assistance with nearby PG accommodation. Language: Proficiency in English required. Knowledge of Hindi would be an advantage. Job Description: As a Site Engineer Intern/Architect Intern, you will collaborate closely with the Site Engineer and Work Contractor to meet project objectives within specified timelines. This project-based internship will provide you with valuable insights into completing commercial interiors projects promptly. You will acquire skills in: - 3D/2D design for commercial office spaces - Design management - Procurement processes - Site supervision - Project management The duration of this internship will align with the project timeline, typically lasting between 1 to 3 months.
