3D Walkthrough & Architectural Visualization Expert

• Create photorealistic 3D renders for interior and exterior spaces.
• Produce high-quality video walkthroughs, flythroughs, and animated project presentations.
• Develop 3D models, textures, lighting setups, and accurate material representation.
• Interpret architectural drawings, mood boards, and client briefs to create visual concepts.
• Work closely with the design team to ensure visuals match project requirements.
• Optimize workflow to ensure timely delivery without compromising quality.
• Make revisions based on feedback from designers and clients.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in 3D visualization, rendering engines, and animation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray / Corona, SketchUp, Lumion, D5, Blender, Unreal Engine, or any other similar software.
• Strong understanding of lighting, texturing, rendering, and camera animation.
• Experience creating both interior and exterior visualizations.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and design briefs.
• Ability to produce smooth, cinematic walkthrough animations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
