Key Responsibilities:

• Ability to read and correctly interpret

  architectural plans

• Use

  to convert detailed plans into workable outlines for 3Ds Max.
• Understand project requirements and conceptualize creative ideas.
• Accurately develop

  3D models of interiors and exteriors

  .
• Accurately model

  furniture and accessories

  as required by the design.
• Handle

  Corona Render engine

  and other necessary plugins for high-end rendering.
• Create custom

  textures and materials

  as per project needs.
• Apply advanced

  lighting techniques

  and experiment with creative lighting setups.
• Perform

  post-production work

  using

  Photoshop

  and other post-processing tools.
• Have good knowledge of

  interior and exterior design styles

  and the ability to distinguish between them.
• Collaborate with design teams to translate ideas into compelling visual representations.
• Work on

  walkthroughs and animations

  using

  Lumion

  when required.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in

• Strong

  Photoshop

  skills for post-processing.
• In-depth understanding of modeling, lighting, materials, and textures.

• Effective communication and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum

  4-7 years

  of experience in 3D visualization for architecture and interiors.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of photorealistic renders and animations.
