1.3D Visualizer & Architect

Job Role:

We are looking for a creative and skilled 3D Visualizer to bring our architectural and interior concepts to life through realistic renderings.

Responsibilities:

* Create high-quality 3D visualizations and walkthroughs

* Work closely with architects and interior designers

* Understand design briefs and convert them into compelling visuals

* Use tools like 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, SketchUp, Photoshop

Requirements:

* Diploma/Degree in related field

* Proficiency in 3D software (3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray/Lumion)

* Strong visualization and artistic skills

* Ability to work under tight deadlines

2. Architect

Job Role:

We are hiring a talented Architect to lead and coordinate design projects from concept to execution.

Responsibilities:

Develop architectural concepts and detailed drawings

Site coordination and client interaction

Prepare layouts, presentations, and working drawings

Coordinate with consultants and project teams

Requirements:

B.Arch degree with valid Council of Architecture registration

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, MS Office

Strong design sense and communication skills
