3D Visualizer (Architect & Interior)

As a 3D Visualizer at eem. Branding - Think Unthinkable, you will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D models, renders, and animations to support presentations, client proposals, and internal design reviews. Your role will involve interpreting architectural, product, or concept designs and transforming them into realistic visuals that align with the visual requirements of the projects. Collaboration with architects, designers, and project managers will be essential to ensure the successful delivery of projects within tight deadlines. Your expertise in applying lighting, textures, and materials to models will be crucial in achieving photorealistic effects. You will work on multiple projects simultaneously, optimizing 3D models for performance and visual quality. It will be essential to maintain asset libraries and stay updated with the latest visualization tools and trends to enhance your work. The ideal candidate for this role should have proven experience as a 3D Visualizer or similar role, with proficiency in industry-standard 3D software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, Corona, and Photoshop. A strong command of the Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects, is required. You should possess a solid understanding of lighting, perspective, materials, and rendering, along with the ability to interpret 2D drawings and architectural plans. Your keen eye for aesthetics and visual storytelling will be essential in creating impactful visualizations. A strong portfolio showcasing relevant 3D visualization work is necessary to demonstrate your capabilities. Additionally, a degree or diploma in 3D Design, Animation, Architecture, or a related field would be a preferred qualification for this role.,
