You will be working at a 29-year-old Engineering Toolroom that specializes in producing High precision Multicavity Injection Moulds for FMCG companies, such as Moulds for Flip top Caps and Closures, Medical and pharmaceutical equipment, Writing instruments, and Stationery. As part of the team, you will be required to have a deep understanding of the processes involved in an engineering Toolroom, a strong knowledge of the materials used in Injection Moulds, and extensive experience in AutoCAD and 3D viewing and measuring. Additionally, software knowledge of NX and AutoCAD will be beneficial for this role. Your responsibilities will include managing multiple Mould projects simultaneously, studying and evaluating concept mould drawings, 3D/2D drawings, and bill of material provided by the Design Team. You will be responsible for creating process-wise drawings for components of the moulds and establishing the correct tolerances in each stage. Managing project schedules and resources to ensure timely delivery of Moulds will be a key aspect of your role. You will also be required to prepare progress reports of projects and share them with the management. Furthermore, you will be expected to develop optimizing techniques for the process life cycle to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. The company provides accommodation for bachelors.
