You will be responsible for providing advanced support and expertise in PLM, PTC Windchill, ThingWorx, 3D viewers, CAD, and CATIA files. Your role will involve covering the Engineering, Manufacturing, and Simulation aspects of Windchill solutions. As an Engineering graduate with 2-5 years of experience, you should have expertise in PTC Windchill Administration, Configuration, Parameterization, Customization, Installation, and Deployments. It is essential to possess expert knowledge of Windchill architecture and data models, as well as a strong understanding of different modules of PTC Windchill. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with various customer teams to address critical issues, working on system administration, and migrating to the cloud (AWS/GCP). You will need to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand and adapt to customer business processes, especially around PDM and Configuration management processes. Experience in Agile/Scrum software development, Service-now, and ITSM concepts would be advantageous. In this role, you will perform advanced support (L3) focusing on the Engineering, Manufacturing, and Simulation modules of Windchill solutions. You will also prepare prototypes and Proof of Concepts, manage Service Requests and Enhancement Requests, analyze user requests, provide day-to-day support, monitor application services, conduct root cause analysis, ensure uptime, and support during deployment and production stages. Maintaining documentation describing PTC Windchill procedures will be crucial to ensure a first-time-right approach. Success in this position will be measured by on-time delivery, quality, customer satisfaction, and adherence to compliance standards.
