3D Tutor

We are seeking a skilled and passionate 3D Tutor to join our team and provide training to our in-house 3D artists. In this role, you will be responsible for aligning with our production flow and offering hands-on guidance in Blender and other 3D animation tools. Your primary objective will be to conduct structured training sessions, help artists understand various pipelines, share best practices, and provide feedback to ensure a smooth workflow between training and production requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct structured training sessions on Blender and other relevant 3D software. - Assist artists in understanding modeling, texturing, lighting, rendering, and animation pipelines. - Share best practices and real-world production techniques. - Provide feedback on artist work and assist in troubleshooting challenges. - Ensure a seamless workflow between training and production needs. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Blender (mandatory) and have knowledge of other tools like Maya, Substance Painter, After Effects, Houdini, etc., which is considered a plus. Additionally, experience in 3D modeling, shading, and animation workflows is required. Good communication and mentoring abilities are essential, along with the capability to work in a team and adjust to production deadlines. Prior experience as a 3D trainer or mentor is preferred, with a minimum of 12 years of industry experience in 3D design or animation. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including paid sick time, performance bonuses, yearly bonuses, and a work location requirement of in-person. The schedule includes day shift, fixed shift, morning shift, and weekend availability.,
