As a Creative Graphic Designer at Mobile Premier League (MPL), you will play a crucial role in showcasing your creativity, precision, organization, enthusiasm, and user insight across MPL's diverse range of games. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead design projects, engage with stakeholders, and oversee the entire process from conception to completion. Your main responsibilities will include collaborating with the design, product, and brand teams to develop assets, establish guidelines, and produce visual content that seamlessly aligns with MPL's offerings. We are seeking a candidate with a robust portfolio showcasing a deep understanding of Visual Design and 3D Design, coupled with a willingness to learn and excel. Attention to detail, effective time management, and task prioritization skills are essential. You will be involved in every stage of the creative process, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines, understanding brand requirements, presenting design solutions, taking ownership of projects, mentoring team members, and collaborating with design teams to enhance design components and patterns. As a specialist in Graphic/UI Design, you should be proficient in tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Substance Stager, and AI Generation. Additionally, expertise in 3D design for creating logos, static assets, and 3D text units is required. Your role will also involve working closely with external agencies, generating innovative ideas, maintaining consistency in design, enhancing UI craft, and incorporating animation and motion design elements into products. To qualify for this position, you should have 1-3 years of relevant experience as a Visual Designer, along with a resume and portfolio showcasing your best work in Art, Graphic Design, and AI Generation. A deep understanding of platform-specific design patterns, UX principles, psychology, research methodologies, and strong communication and collaboration skills are essential. You should be a collaborative influencer with a clear point of view and the ability to build relationships with peers effectively.
