3D Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled and motivated 3D Team Lead to manage and guide our 3D artists. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a proven ability to deliver high-quality 3D assets while managing project timelines and mentoring junior artists.

• Lead and manage the 3D team, including junior and mid-level artists
• Assign tasks and ensure timely delivery of 3D assets
• Review and provide feedback on models, textures, lighting, and renders
• Collaborate closely with project managers and creative leads
• Maintain project quality standards and meet deadlines
• Handle task prioritization, project planning, and reporting
• Train and upskill team members as needed

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of professional experience in 3D modelling, rendering, and asset development
• Proficient in Blender or similar 3D software
• Solid understanding of lighting, shading, topology, and texture workflows
• Experience leading a team or managing a project pipeline
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Experience in product visualization, animation, or motion graphics
• Familiarity with Photoshop, Substance Painter, or Unreal Engine
• Exposure to AI tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
