• Create high-quality 3D renderings, animations, and interactive walkthroughs based on architectural and design drawings. Work closely with architects, designers, and project teams to visualize concepts accurately.
• Create photorealistic renders, virtual walkthroughs, and presentations for clients.
• Apply textures, materials, lighting, and realistic detailing to 3D models.
• Maintain project deadlines and deliverables while ensuring high-quality outputs.
• Collaborate with design teams to refine concepts based on client feedback.
• Stay updated with the latest visualization techniques, software, and industry trends
  

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in architecture engineering or a related field.
• Should be efficient in Lumion.
• Strong knowledge and experience in proficient use of industry softwares such as Autodesk products (Revit and 3DS Max), V ray, Sketch Up, Enscape, Adobe Premier Pro, Adobe After Effects, Unreal Engine.
• Ability to conceptualise ideas to create compelling and accurate visualisations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, understand project requirements, and present concepts to stakeholders.
• Strong organisational and planning skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines and adapt to changing project requirements.
• Presentation skills using PowerPoint in design, Etc.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, and Excel would be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of Virtual Reality (VR) visualization, particularly using Enscape
