Role Overview: As an expert in 3D modeling and rendering, your role will involve creating high-quality visuals and walkthroughs to bring architectural and interior design projects to life. You will collaborate closely with architects and designers to ensure accuracy and consistency in visual output. Additionally, you will advise on best practices for lighting, textures, and materials to enhance realism while staying updated with the latest trends and technologies in 3D rendering and visualization. Key Responsibilities: - Create high-quality 3D models and renderings for architectural and interior design projects. - Develop realistic walkthroughs to effectively showcase project concepts. - Utilize SketchUp (required), Revit, and 3ds Max (preferred) for 3D modeling. - Render using Enscape, Twinmotion, and Lumion (preferred). - Collaborate closely with architects and designers to ensure visual accuracy and consistency. - Manage multiple projects efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced creative environment. - Advise on best practices for lighting, textures, and materials to enhance realism. - Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in 3D rendering and visualization. Qualification Required: - Proven experience in 3D modeling and rendering with a strong portfolio showcasing past work. - Expertise in 3D modeling with SketchUp (required) and knowledge of Revit, 3ds Max (preferred). - Proficiency in rendering with Enscape, Twinmotion, and Lumion (better if proficient in all). - Strong understanding of lighting, textures, and materials for high-quality renders. - Detail-oriented with a passion for producing photorealistic visuals. - Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with design teams. - Ability to multitask and efficiently handle multiple projects. Additional Company Details: This is an on-site role, where you will be responsible for bringing designs to life with exceptional 3D visuals and walkthroughs. The job types available are full-time and permanent. The benefits include cell phone reimbursement and Provident Fund. The work schedule includes day shift and morning shift at the in-person work location.
