3D Rendering and Animation Intern (Marketing Focus)

You are sought after to join our team as an intern with a keen eye for detail and creativity, specifically focusing on producing visually appealing marketing materials. Your role will involve transforming technical industrial equipment models into captivating images, photo-realistic product renders, and short animated video loops for various digital platforms, brochures, and sales presentations. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Render Production:** Create detailed, photo-realistic still renders of industrial equipment for marketing purposes. - **Animation:** Produce engaging short animation loops (turntables, fly-throughs, feature highlights) and simple product videos. - **Asset Preparation:** Import, clean, and optimize engineering CAD models (STEP, IGES, etc.) to convert them into render-ready 3D assets. - **Scene Setup:** Set up materials, textures, advanced lighting, and camera compositions for visually appealing and consistent output. - **Post-Production:** Edit and enhance finished renders and video assets using post-processing software to meet marketing specifications. - **Collaboration:** Work closely with the marketing team to align visual style, composition, and messaging with brand guidelines. - **Asset Management:** Maintain an organized, efficient library of textures, HDRIs, scene files, and final assets. **Qualifications:** - **Skills & Experience:** - **Core Software:** Strong working knowledge of Blender for 3D modeling, rendering, and animation setup. - **Post-Processing:** Familiarity with Photoshop or equivalent tools for image editing and refinement. - **Visual Sense:** Excellent understanding of lighting, color, composition, and material properties (PBR workflow). - **Technical Aptitude:** Ability to handle and prepare technical CAD data for rendering purposes. - **Preferred Tools and Software:** - Candidates with experience in rendering tools like KeyShot, SolidWorks Visualize, or Fusion 360, animation/video tools such as After Effects or DaVinci Resolve, and graphic design tools like Illustrator will be given preference. - **Qualifications:** - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Animation, Visual Communication, Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering, or a related creative/technical field. - **Mandatory:** Applicant must attach a Portfolio showcasing sample renders, animations, and related creative work.
