3D POSM Designer

You are a skilled and creative POSM Designer (3D) with 5 years of experience in developing high-impact, 3-dimensional retail marketing assets. You possess a strong understanding of materials, structure, and branding, enabling you to bring retail concepts to life across physical formats such as display units, standees, window installations, and other in-store promotional setups. Your responsibilities will include designing and developing 3D POSM materials like display units, kiosks, stands, and visual merchandising elements. You will be creating detailed 3D models and renders using relevant software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, or Cinema 4D. Collaborating with marketing, branding, and retail teams will be crucial to translating campaign briefs into physical concepts. Working closely with vendors and production teams to ensure feasibility, costing, and execution quality is essential. It will be your responsibility to understand brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all touchpoints. Researching trends and materials to bring innovative solutions to the design process will also be part of your role. Lastly, presenting concepts and prototypes to stakeholders with clarity and confidence is expected from you. To excel in this role, you must have proficiency in 3D design software like 3ds Max, SketchUp, Rhino, or equivalent. A strong knowledge of structural design, materials, and fabrication techniques is required. Basic understanding of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is beneficial. Attention to detail with an eye for retail aesthetics and shopper behavior is necessary. You should be able to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively while demonstrating excellent communication and teamwork skills.
