3D Modelling Artist (architectural visualization)

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented 3D Modelling Artist with 1–3 years of

experience in architectural visualization. The ideal candidate should have hands-on

experience with tools like 3ds Max, Maya, SketchUp, Unreal Engine, and other relevant

software to create high-quality architectural models for renders, walkthroughs, and real-time

presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

● Create accurate and detailed 3D models of architectural designs from CAD drawings,

sketches, and references.

● Work closely with the design team to translate architectural concepts into realistic 3D

models.

● Optimize models for rendering, real-time performance, and smooth workflow while

maintaining high detail.

● Collaborate with rendering, Unreal Engine, and animation teams to ensure models

meet required standards.

● Prepare models for real-time visualization in Unreal Engine, including proper UVs

and optimized geometry.

● Ensure timely delivery of models for client reviews and project milestones.

● Keep up with industry trends and incorporate new techniques into the workflow.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

● 1–3 years of professional experience in 3D modeling for architecture.

● Proficiency in 3ds Max, Maya, SketchUp, and Unreal Engine.

● Strong understanding of architectural forms, detailing, and spatial composition.

● Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and blueprints.

● Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for proportion and scale.

● Basic knowledge of texturing, UV mapping, and lighting setup.

● Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
