Role : Senior Design Engineer Qualification : Diploma/BE Mechanical Engineering Experience : 8 to 12 Years Location : Turbhe, Navi mumbai Job Description : • Major design work to the conceptualized & designed on solid works. • Receive, assess, and analyze all customer/visit inputs before proceeding with design, GA Dwg Customer enquiry/ Drawing & finalize. • Provide all basic details, BOM for BOQ & estimation, before sending Techno commercial offers. • Verify and approve concept drawing (using AutoCAD & Solid Works), layout, and 3D as per enquiry, data or requirement & get Directors & client approval • Verify and approve Site visit for assessment & recommended Inputs to finalize Design & Dwg. • Make BOQ, Purchasing, hardware schedule & specifications as per approved drawing, after customer orders. • Estimation for bending sheet profile layout, CNC programs for Shearing, punching, bending, etc for Fabrication & subsequently for installation. • Include glass profile after getting measurement at site & make appropriate drawing / layout. • Visits to shop floor during actual fabrication to ensure compliance of objective & work instructions. • Quality control, assurance & documentations for design department will be designed, maintained & controlled from the initial stage of Design/Dwg. approvals till Final Inspection for submission to management report.

Requirements : Qualification: B.E. (Mechanical Engineering) or M.E./M. Tech (Design) preferred Interest in Mechanical Systems Design, 3D Modeling, Computer-aided Engineering (CAE), and performing design calculations/analysis. Minimum Experience: 1~3 Years in the Design of Mechanical Engineering Products / Systems using 3D CAD Modeling software such as Solidworks, STAAD Pro, PV Elite, etc. (Relevant Experience in Industrial Noise Control and/or heat exchangers, pressure vessels, and steel structures preferred). Knowledge of mechanical engineering concepts, confidence, and interest in engineering calculations. Self-motivated & confident, Pro-active, Enthusiastic & energetic, Able to work independently with minimal supervision Basic proficiency in writing grammatically correct emails and spoken English Duties & Responsibilities : Design & Project Documentation: Preparing 3D Models, GA Drawings, Manufacturing Drawings, & maintaining systematic Project Documentation (Engineering & Quality Documentation for internal records & for submission to the client) Communicating with Customers to get comments on the GA Drawings regarding the revisions required, and getting the GA Drawings approved for Manufacturing Clearance. Performing Calculations as per standards for Stress / Loading Analysis, Seismic Analysis, Wind Analysis, Illumination Calculations, etc. as per the requirements of the specific projects. (Necessary copies of the standards will be provided) Preparing the Detailed BOM for each project on ERP software.
