Role Description

This is a full-time role for a 3D Landscape Artist, located in the Kolkata metropolitan area and requires on-site presence. The 3D Landscape Artist will be responsible for creating detailed 3D models of landscapes, applying textures, rigging models, and setting up lighting for visualizations. The role also involves collaborating with other team members to ensure the final product meets high-quality standards and exceeds client expectations.

• Lead and execute complex 3D landscape design projects from concept to completion.
• Create photorealistic outdoor environments, terrains, and natural landscapes.
• Develop detailed vegetation systems, terrain modeling, and environmental lighting.
• Mentor and guide junior landscape artists and provide technical guidance.
• Optimize 3D models and scenes for various platforms and rendering engines.
• Research and implement new techniques, tools, and industry best practices.
• Review and approve work from junior team members.
• Manage project timelines and ensure delivery within deadlines
• Create and maintain asset libraries and documentation standards

Qualifications

• Proficiency in 3D Modeling and using tools such as Blender
• Skills in Texturing, Lighting, and Rigging
• Strong attention to detail and ability to create realistic visualizations
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and creativity
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with the team
• Experience in real estate or infrastructure visualization is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or related field
