Primary Role Undergo on the job practical training of 12 months to learn the entire process of assembly and manufacturing of pneumatic / sporting equipment, airgun components. Facilitate and carry out manufacturing, quality check, assembly and testing of high precision machined parts as per the product specifications. Identify errors/drawbacks in processes and improvise the same to maintain high quality standards in the production line. Perform diagnostic tests on the assembled product to ensure high accuracy and precise results.
