3D Illustrator

As a talented 3D Illustrator joining our office team, you will showcase your strong visualization skills and deep understanding of architectural design. Your proficiency in SketchUp or Blender will be instrumental in creating high-quality 3D exterior and interior views. You will demonstrate a solid understanding of architectural drawings, encompassing plans, sections, elevations, and construction details. Your ability to interpret design intent and translate it into compelling visual representations will be crucial. Any experience in rendering, lighting, and material application will be considered a plus. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in SketchUp or Blender - Solid understanding of architectural drawings - Ability to interpret design intent effectively - Experience in rendering, lighting, and material application is advantageous - Additional knowledge of MS Office and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) is preferred Please note that eligible candidates will be compensated as per company standards.
