3D Generalist

As a 3D Generalist at Shaurya Infosoft Private Limited, a global IT services company, you will play a crucial role in creating a wide range of 3D assets for projects spanning games, digital media, and visual content production. Your responsibilities will include designing and developing 3D models, environments, props, and characters using Blender and other tools, applying textures, lighting setups, and rigging for realistic and stylized outputs, contributing to animation and rendering workflows, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, troubleshooting and optimizing 3D assets for performance across various platforms, and staying updated on trends and best practices in 3D design and development. The ideal candidate for this role should have a minimum of 1 year of professional experience as a 3D Generalist or similar role, be proficient in 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, rigging, and animation, possess strong experience with Blender (knowledge of other 3D tools is a plus), be familiar with Unreal Engine and Unity, have the ability to adapt between realistic and stylized art styles, demonstrate strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and creative thinking, exhibit effective team collaboration and communication skills, and hold a Bachelor's degree in Animation, Graphic Design, Game Design, or a related field.
