3D Exhibition Visualizer & Designer / Interior Designer Manager

You will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D exhibition stall designs, booth concepts, and interior layouts. You must understand client briefs and develop creative, functional, and innovative design solutions. Collaborating closely with the sales, production, and project management teams is essential. You will prepare 3D visuals, renders, mood boards, and presentation decks, ensuring designs align with production feasibility and brand guidelines. Managing multiple projects and delivering within deadlines are key aspects of this role. Additionally, you may need to lead and guide junior designers when required. Staying updated with global exhibition design trends, materials, and technologies is crucial. Key Responsibilities: - Create high-quality 3D exhibition stall designs, booth concepts, and interior layouts. - Understand client briefs and develop creative, functional, and innovative design solutions. - Work closely with the sales, production, and project management teams. - Prepare 3D visuals, renders, mood boards, and presentation decks. - Ensure designs align with production feasibility and brand guidelines. - Manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines. - Lead and guide junior designers when required. - Stay updated with global exhibition design trends, materials & technologies. Required Skills & Competencies: - Proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, CoralDraw & AI. - Strong visualization, detailing, and conceptualization skills. - Knowledge of exhibition booth materials, fabrication methods, and global standards. - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. - Excellent communication and team coordination skills. Preferred Qualifications: - Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Exhibition Design, or related field. - Experience working with international exhibitions will be an added advantage.
