Role Description

3D Event/Exhibition Designer

Qualifications

• Conceptualize and design

  3D exhibition booths, event setups, and experiential spaces

  based on client briefs and brand guidelines.
• Create detailed

  3D renders, layouts, and walkthroughs

  using design software (3ds Max, SketchUp, Cinema 4D, or equivalent).
• Collaborate with project managers, sales teams, and production teams to ensure designs are

  practical, cost-effective, and executable

• Prepare

  detailed technical drawings

  and coordinate with production teams for fabrication.
• Adapt designs to meet space constraints, budget limitations, and functional requirements.
• Present creative concepts and design solutions to clients with professionalism and clarity.
• Stay updated with

  industry trends, materials, technologies, and design innovations

• Ensure timely delivery of design concepts within project deadlines.
