Key Responsibilities:

• Convert 2D floor plans and layouts into high-quality

  3D floor plans

• Create realistic renders with accurate scale, materials, textures, and lighting.
• Design

  branding and marketing creatives

  , including logos, brochures, and social media visuals.
• Use

  Adobe Photoshop

  for post-processing, color correction, and enhancing rendered images.
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to ensure visuals meet project and brand requirements.
• Revise and improve 3D outputs based on client or internal feedback.
• Optimize 3D models and visual assets for web and print use.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in

  3ds Max

  for modeling, texturing, and rendering.
• Strong understanding of

  architectural drawings, scale, and spatial design

  .
• Experience in creating

  photorealistic renders

  and

  3D floor plan visualizations

  .
• Good sense of

  color, lighting, and material textures

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  Adobe Photoshop

  for image editing and post-production.
• Ability to create

  branding and marketing visuals

  such as logos, banners, and brochures.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
