Hire4Event is a leading event management and production company specializing in corporate events, exhibitions, weddings, and live shows across India. We provide end-to-end solutions, including event planning, artist booking, stage setup, fabrication, sound, lighting, and décor. We’re now expanding our creative team and looking for a talented 3D Designer who can bring innovative event concepts to life.

Job Responsibilities:

• Create 3D event stage designs, exhibition stalls, booth layouts, and venue mock-ups using industry-standard software.
• Work closely with the production and client servicing teams to visualize and develop event concepts.
• Prepare presentation renders and 3D walkthroughs for client approval.
• Convert 2D drawings or sketches into realistic 3D visuals.
• Collaborate with the fabrication team to ensure feasibility of designs during production.
• Maintain design consistency and quality across all projects.
• Stay updated with the latest event design trends, lighting setups, and creative elements.

Skills & Requirements:

• Proficiency in 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, AutoCAD, Photoshop, or similar design tools.
• Strong understanding of stage design, lighting, and spatial arrangement.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver high-quality visuals.
• Prior experience in event management, exhibition design, or stage fabrication is a plus.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Education:

• Diploma or Degree in 3D Design, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
