You will be responsible for meeting with the director to determine the production vision and reviewing raw material to create the shot list. Your role will involve manipulating film and video footage using modern editing techniques, maintaining continuity by moving shots according to scene value, and trimming footage to put together the rough project. Additionally, you will be inserting dialog, sound effects, music, graphics, and special effects to enhance the project and ensure it follows a logical sequence. Throughout the project, you will collaborate with the director and production team to create the final cut for broadcasting. To qualify for this position, you must have a Bachelor's degree in film studies, cinematography, or a related field, along with previous work experience as a video editor. Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe After Effects, Final Cut Pro X, Avid Media Composer, Lightworks, and Premier is required. Creative and artistic skills, familiarity with 3D composition and special effects, as well as a portfolio of completed film productions, are essential. You should also have the ability to work under tight schedules and translate ideas into complete projects. Ideally, you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience as an HR Recruiter, preferably in a non-IT field. The job location is in Navi Mumbai.,
