As we expand, we are seeking an AI Designer to join our Creative Marketing Team in Bangalore. As an AI Designer, you will utilize AI tools and creative software to produce visually engaging static and dynamic content for brand and performance marketing campaigns. It is essential to implement design principles that ensure clarity, effectiveness, and resonance with our audience. Collaboration with team members to enhance the commercial success of our games and brand is key. Key Responsibilities: - Autonomously work based on creative briefs, efficiently producing content aligned with project goals through iterative feedback. - Deliver high-quality graphic design work with minimal revisions, meeting set deadlines. - Mentor junior graphic designers to foster skill development in traditional and AI-assisted design techniques. - Use graphic design tools, including AI applications, to create visually compelling content for marketing campaigns. - Ensure adherence to internal brand guidelines and incorporate AI insights for optimization. - Actively adjust AI-generated content based on feedback during production. - Report regularly to the Lead Illustrator of Graphic Design on workflow and project deliverables. - Comply with company procedures and strategies related to AI technology integration in graphic design. Requirements: - Proficiency in AI-driven tools for generating high-quality images and video content. - Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop. - Experience in 3D artwork is advantageous. - A varied and highly skilled portfolio of creative work. - Based in our Bangalore office with 5 days per week on-site. Collaborate closely with team members to enhance the commercial success of our games and the overall brand. This is a permanent role based in our Bangalore Studio where our daily in-office collaboration fuels creativity and innovation. Responsibilities: Ability to work autonomously based on a creative brief, efficiently producing content that aligns with project goals through iterative feedback. Deliver graphic design work that meets high standards with minimal revisions, ensuring timely completion within set deadlines. Provide mentorship to junior graphic designers, fostering skill development in both traditional and AI-assisted design techniques. Employ various graphic design tools, including AI applications, to create visually compelling content for brand and performance marketing campaigns. Ensure all content generated retains adherence to internal brand guidelines while integrating AI insights for optimisation.
