Description
Objective To support Aqua StudioXs design and execution team in visualizing and communicating cutting-edge landscape and pond designs by producing photorealistic 3D renderings that reflect our high standards, attention to detail, and immersive outdoor experiences. Key Responsibilities 3D Visualization & Rendering Create high-quality 3D renders of landscape and pond designs including natural elements (rocks, trees, plants), hardscape elements (decks, pergolas, walkways), water features (ponds, cascades, waterfalls), and lighting. Produce still renders, conceptual visuals, flythroughs, and walkthroughs as required. Landscape-Focused Detailing Accurately represent various types of terrain, planting compositions, seasonal foliage, and real-life plant characteristics. Understand placement, height, density, and textures of tropical and ornamental plants used in luxury landscaping. Architectural Context Integrate built structures into natural designs, maintaining proper scale, lighting, and material representation. Ability to interpret architectural plans, sections, and elevations and translate them into 3D form. Design Communication Collaborate with the design team to visualize early-stage concepts and evolve them based on feedback. Translate mood boards, sketches, and hand-drawn ideas into compelling 3D outputs. Software Proficiency Expert in 3D software such as SketchUp, Lumion, Twinmotion, Blender, or 3ds Max. Good knowledge of AutoCAD and Photoshop (or equivalent post-processing tools). Ability to work with landscape design tools, asset libraries, and plant databases. Attention to Detail Demonstrate a refined aesthetic sense, material accuracy, lighting realism, and plant-specific realism in renderings. Showcase textures, water clarity, reflection, and depth effectively. Project Management Handle multiple design visualizations simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines. Organize and maintain a structured file and asset library for reuse and consistency. Team Integration Work closely with designers, engineers, and site teams to visualize actual project conditions. Be open to site visits to understand scale and material context where necessary.
