Key Responsibilities

3D Modeling

• Create accurate 3D models of characters, environments, props, and objects based on concept art or reference material.
  
• Optimize models for performance while maintaining visual quality.

Lighting & Rendering

• Set up lighting within the 3D environment to achieve desired mood and realism.
  
• Render still images or animations using engines like Arnold, V-Ray, Redshift, or real-time engines like Unreal or Unity.

Collaboration

• Work closely with concept artists, art directors, animators, and developers to ensure the visual style and technical requirements are met.
  
• Incorporate feedback and iterate on designs based on team or client input.

Research & Development

• Stay up-to-date with industry tools, trends, and best practices.
  
• Test and implement new techniques or tools to improve workflow and quality.

Preferred candidate profile

Technical Skills

• 3D Modeling & Sculpting:

  Proficient in tools like

  Maya, 3ds Max, SketchUp

  .

• Rendering:

  Knowledge of render engines such as

  V-Ray, Enscape, Corona

  , or real-time engines like

  Unreal Engine or Unity

  .

• UV Mapping & Retopology:

  Strong understanding of clean topology and efficient UV workflows.

  showcasing high-quality 3D work: characters, environments, props, or motion depending on role.
