As a 3D Generalist based in Mumbai, you will be responsible for creating high-quality optimized 3D assets for mobile games, including characters, backgrounds, and props. Your role will involve working with Unity game engine to implement 3D artwork according to project requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Create high-quality optimized 3D assets such as characters, backgrounds, and props for mobile games. - Utilize Unity game engine to implement 3D artwork as per project needs. - Work in diverse artistic styles from realistic to stylized and cartoon-style. - Demonstrate passion and enthusiasm for mobile games. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2-4 years of experience as an Environment / Props / 3D Generalist in mobile game development. - Proficiency in Maya, Unity, and Photoshop. - Experience in creating normal maps for transferring high-poly sculpted details to low-poly game objects. - Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. - Understanding of high-poly and low-poly modeling of 3D characters for mobile games. - Experience working on projects for both iOS and Android platforms. - Knowledge of optimizing and integrating 3D art for various mobile platforms. - Proficiency in integrating 2D texture files into Unity and adjusting them based on game requirements. - Strong communication skills for interaction with development teams, product managers, and testing teams. - Proactiveness and commitment to tasks. - Experience in creating Terrains using Unity 3D, lighting and shades in Unity 3D, basic Unity troubleshooting, and build creation process. - Familiarity with using Git for version control (e.g., Source Tree).
