Travel to galleries & latest material to purchase artwork for spaces. Draw up floor plans & sketches. Repairing detailed working drawings, designs, plans, models & schemes, often-using computer-aided design (CAD) software. Getting & planning schedules for the projects. Carrying out research to make sure that plans are technically feasible producing rough sketches and a mood board - a collection of suitable images, colors & materials. Role & responsibilities 3D Rendering and Visualization: Create high-quality, photorealistic 3D renderings and visualizations of architectural and interior spaces, products, and concepts based on provided design specifications and reference materials. Modeling: Develop accurate 3D models of buildings, environments, objects, and other design elements using software tools such as Autodesk 3ds Max, Blender, or similar. Texture and Material Application: Apply appropriate textures, materials, lighting, and shaders to achieve realistic and aesthetically pleasing visual results. Preferred candidate profile Proven experience as a 3D Visualizer or similar role, with a portfolio showcasing a range of high-quality visualizations. Proficiency in 3D modeling and visualization software (e.g., Autodesk 3ds Max, Blender, SketchUp). Strong understanding of lighting, shading, and texturing principles to achieve realistic renderings. Knowledge of rendering engines such as V-Ray, Corona, or equivalent. Ability to interpret design concepts and translate them into accurate visual representations. Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
