3D Architectural Designer

We are currently seeking a full-time, on-site 3D Architectural Designer to join our team in Jaipur. The primary responsibilities of the 3D Architectural Designer will include developing detailed architectural 3D designs, creating construction drawings, and ensuring the accurate implementation of design concepts. Additionally, the selected candidate will contribute to urban planning and drawing tasks, collaborating closely with other team members to deliver top-quality projects. Qualifications for this role include proficiency in either Rhino 3D or Revit, experience with Construction Drawings, a keen eye for detail, a Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field, and a background in ecologically restorative design and smart net-zero execution would be beneficial. Key Responsibilities: - Develop 3D models using Revit or Rhino software. - Assist in BIM documentation and visualization tasks. - Prepare design iterations and schematic visuals. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Architecture. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in 3D modeling.
