3D Architect & Visualizer

As a Retail Space Designer, you will be responsible for designing, visualizing, and developing three-dimensional concepts and architectural plans that enhance brand image, optimize customer experience, and ensure functional, aesthetic, and commercially effective store layouts. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with the Head of Store Design and the design team to develop spatial designs for the entire portfolio of formats - Ensure accurate and attractive representation of ideas - Create 2D realistic rendered visualizations and 3D Walkthrough animations to showcase designs for internal and external stakeholder approvals - Support architectural teams with visualizations for presentations - Make effective in-house presentations as required - Utilize industry-standard design tools and programs while staying up-to-date with software advances Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in Sketchup & Vray, 3D StudioMax, Photoshop, and/or Unreal - Ability to understand and interpret drawings, sketches, and concepts - Capable of producing high-quality outputs in various media - Strong technical knowledge in image and illustration production - Keen eye for detail, composition, and visual narrative - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively in a team environment,
