We are Hiring Location : Hyderabad Start Date : Aug 2025 -September 2025 Department: AME Qualification: B. Tech (Electronics, Mechanics and Automation) Key Responsibilities: Commission and debug newly developed automation equipment. Maintain and improve dispensing, assembly, and laser soldering systems. Troubleshoot electronic circuits and optimize equipment performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process development. Hands-on experience with 3C automatic machines and dispensing systems (Nordson, SECOTE, ZZT, etc.) Familiarity with HB welding, laser modules, plasma treatment, and magnetizing machines. Knowledge of six-axis manipulators and speaker assembly automation. Strong troubleshooting and process optimization skills. Core Competencies: Problem Solving: Ability to quickly identify root causes and implement effective solutions. Process Optimization: Skilled in improving equipment performance and production efficiency. Cross-functional Collaboration: Comfortable working with design, engineering, and production teams.
