It will be crucial for you to stay updated on industry trends in AI, NLP, and search technologies to keep our strategies ahead of the curve. Additionally, presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership for product enhancements will be a key aspect of your job. To be successful in this role, you should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics, user research, or AI-driven insights. Proven leadership experience in data teams within a fast-paced tech environment is required. Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and data visualization tools is essential. Your ability to synthesize complex data into clear and actionable business insights will be highly valued. Any experience in trust & safety, AI, or search technology will be considered a plus. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence decisions are also important traits for this role.,
