The role has an immediate start and would be on a permanent contract. The ideal candidate will be an ambitious and enthusiastic consultant who will nurture needs and deliver Microsoft Business Applications solutions for existing and prospective clients. Working with the Business Analysis, sales professionals practice and client teams to design, build, oversee, and implement solutions using the Power Platform and Dynamics 365 customer engagement first-party applications. You should be experience in articulating architectural designs in written form, with the ability to explain complex concepts in clear. concise form that can be understood by Business stakeholders. What will the Dynamics 365 CE and Power Apps Pre-Sales Consultant be doing day to day in their role? Supporting Microsoft Business Group sellers, Cognizant sellers, client partners and customer relationship managers and Microsoft co-selling to win Dynamics 365 F&O work with existing and new customers, both proactive outgoing initiatives and responding to incoming requests, RFPs, ITTs and Frameworks. As the Dynamics F&O sales expert, leading initial engagement with customers to establish their needs, outcomes and how these can best be supported through Dynamics F&O and as needed wider Microsoft solutions Identifying and creating with MBG Offering Team Industry and cross industry go to market solutions, supporting as the subject matter expert marketing and other promotional campaigns. Advising customers on the fit of Microsoft Dynamics CE and the wider Power Platform to their environment, infrastructure, functional and non-functional needs, and their compliance requirements Work on and support the completion of response to customer demand. These could be a simple and straight forward PoC that requires architectural review, or a complex enterprise architecture Have excellent interpersonal skill and be able to work in a wide, diverse group of stakeholders. Have experience of taking a concept at enterprise level, create the scope (temporal, financial, resource) and translate this into an executable design that competitive positions us well in the market, using the appropriate levers to deliver a compelling bid. What type of experience does the Dynamics 365 CE and Power Apps Pre-Sales Consultant need to be successful in this role? Must have over 10+ years of experience in Microsoft stack with strong experience working as a Technical Consultant or Architect in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and experience of working on full life cycle implementations across multiple versions of Dynamics CRM/365 CE ( 2011, 2013, 2016, 365) Understand customers environment and advise on fit of Dynamics to their needs including integration with third party systems. Understanding of high level solution architecture and fit of Dynamics CE solutions within customers target environment Ability to lead response to clients such as RFPs etc. Ability to take an aspiration design and turn it into an executable design Experienced in data integration and data migration Experience with onsite/offshore delivery models Experience with defined frameworks (MVC, Entity Framework and Enterprise Library) Strong client facing communication skills Experienced providing Pre-Sales demonstrations. Good experience and knowledge of Microsoft Azure Power Apps and Portal Field Services Customer Insights Gen AI and Co-Pilot What education and certification credentials are needed for this role? Educated to degree level or equivalent TOGAF certified ideally Certified in an Agile methodology Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM certification (preferably Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Sales MB-210) is highly desirable
