Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Private Tutor located in Delhi, India. The Private Tutor will be responsible for providing personalized one-on-one or small-group tuition sessions to students. They will develop individualized learning plans, prepare relevant materials, track student progress, and communicate regularly with parents to discuss the academic development of their children. Additionally, they will need to adhere to flexible scheduling and maintain transparent processes, including conducting demo classes and confirming attendance. Qualifications Expertise in major subjects for school and college. Experience in developing personalized learning plans and preparing relevant materials Strong communication skills for regular updates and progress discussions with parents Proficiency in scheduling, tracking attendance, and conducting demo sessions Dedication to maintaining high standards of quality, reliability, and integrity Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field Teaching certification or relevant qualifications are a plus
