Role Overview: We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive with at least 1 to 3 years of experience in EdTech or a related field. The responsibilities include generating leads by building strong relationships with college authorities, placement officers, and student leaders, presenting solutions, negotiating deals, and managing customer relationships. This role requires strong communication, persuasive skills, and a deep understanding of the education and training sector. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer engagement, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Reach out to colleges, universities and corporates to pitch online education programs. Generate and qualify leads through campus outreach and events Conduct compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to potential clients Convert leads into sales and meet or exceed monthly sales targets Build and maintain strong relationships with college authorities, placement officers, and student leaders. Organize and conduct seminars, webinars, or info sessions in institutions. Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to create effective sales strategies Keep track of sales activities, prospects, and customer needs in CRM software Provide regular feedback to the sales team leader and management Requirements: Minimum 1 to 3 year of experience in Sales, preferably in the EdTech industry Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent time management and organizational skills Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Why Join Us?
