Through this journey, whenever we look at a problem, we will ask ourselves: “What will I do about it?” What you will do: You’ll execute & ensure our FLN program’s successful implementation in Hyderabad’s schools. You’ll build & grow relationships with teachers, school leaders & other stakeholders. You’ll implement the FLN program for them via sessions, classroom observations, feedback sharing, conducting assessments, etc. You’ll conduct pilots and analyze data trends. You’ll ensure that student learning outcomes and teacher development goals are met. You’ll understand teachers, school leaders & other stakeholders’ needs & address them collaboratively with the Program development team.
