1. Coordination of CFT Team by aligning the expert tasks with the overall project targets to meet the SOP and other point of interests by using a List of Open Points (LOP). 2. Create the detailed Microsoft Project Time plan (MSP) including internal, outsourced agencies and customer milestones. 3. Finalize Project Phases by performing Quality Gate Reviews. 4. Perform weekly project status review meetings with the CFT. 5. Perform weekly project status telecons with the customer. 6. Perform meetings at the customer (minimum 1 meeting per project phase) to present the collective project status 7. Continuously update the Project Risk Assessment, Cost of Production (COP), Project Budget, PSP and MSP 8. Ensure DCR/ECR process 9.
