Roles and Responsibilities: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in team management. Oversee team deliverables and ensure successful project execution. Demonstrated proficiency in financial modeling, including: Detailed 3-statement forecasting Scenario analysis Capital structure modeling Leveraged buyout (LBO) and merger modeling Strong understanding of business valuation techniques, including DCF, comparable company analysis, and precedent transaction analysis. Analyze company reports and financial documents to create pitch books, company profiles, benchmarking analyses, and trading/transaction comps. Skilled at interpreting and analyzing financial statements, IPO prospectuses, 10-Qs, 10-Ks, and other regulatory filings. If required, participate in team building, conduct regular employee training sessions, support business development, and maintain client communication via phone, video calls, and email. Familiarity with financial databases such as Capital IQ (CapIQ), PitchBook, and FactSet. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Required Skill Set: 5-10 years of experience working with Private Equity, Venture Capital, Investment Banking, or Advisory clients. Outstanding analytical and quantitative skills, with a strong emphasis on financial modeling and transaction support. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
