Job Description

We are looking for a skilled 3-Axis/4-Axis/5-Axis CNC Machine Operator cum Programmer to join immediately our manufacturing team.
The candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and programming CNC machines to produce high-precision parts.
Proficiency in G-code programming and the ability to troubleshoot and adjust machine settings are essential.
Key tasks include interpreting blueprints, adjusting machine parameters, and performing in-process inspections.
The operator will ensure quality control by checking dimensions, tolerances, and surface finishes of parts.
Collaborate with engineers and the production team to optimize machine performance and ensure smooth workflow.
Maintain and clean machinery, ensuring safe and efficient operation at all times.
Follow safety protocols and company standards to create a safe working environment.
Candidates should have strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a good understanding of machining processes.
Previous experience in 3-Axis/4-Axis/5-Axis machining environments is required, with a solid understanding of CNC machine operation and programming.
